The Castle
Montaldo Castle, one of the most exclusive wedding venues in all of Piedmont, is a fascinating structure that began its history over a thousand years ago. On this page we offer you a brief presentation of its history and current environments.
History
The Castle was founded at the beginning of the year 1000 by Landolfo, Bishop of Turin. In the Middle Ages, the layout consisted of two L-shaped sleeves to which the first defensive walls and the layout of the towers were annexed. In 1500 the sleeve was built around noon.
At the beginning of the 19th century, Marquis Carlo Emanuele Ferrero transformed the Castle into a sumptuous Villa intended as his main residence. At the end of the same century it was sold to the Barnabite Fathers of the Royal College of Charles Albert of Moncalieri, who made the final modifications to the building.

Spa
At the Castle you can relax in the Spa Wellness Centre, located in the east wing of the property. Indoor pool, emotional showers, thermarium area with Finnish sauna and Turkish bath, Kneipp route and several pleasant spaces to regenerate. In the services we offer free of charge to our newlyweds there is also the overnight stay and free entry to the Spa Wellness Center for the day after the wedding.

We always reserve one of the most beautiful suites for our newlyweds free of charge to live with maximum comfort all the moments of the wedding before and after.
